Biography
Leith has extensive experience in insolvency and reconstruction, insolvency litigation, corporate and structured finance, and business structuring. He recently acted for the receivers and managers of Whittakers Limited including all legal, recovery, sale and restructuring advice.
He acts for high profile insolvency practitioners in relation to receiverships, liquidations, administrations and bankruptcies and acts in the conduct of proceedings in the Supreme Court of Western Australia and Federal Court of Australia in both insolvency and general commercial matters. He also provides advise in relation to debt recovery, security enforcement and banking and financial legal services.
Leith is a Seminar Leader at the Insolvency Practitioners Association of Australia and a presenter to the Law Society of Western Australia. He is a member of the Law Society of Western Australia, Insolvency Practitioners Association of Western Australia and Business Law Section of Law Council of Australia.
