Biography
Garry has broad experience in federal and state revenue law, providing advice on corporate and commercial structuring, planning and transactions, and tax disputes.
Garry also regularly advises public and private sector employers on employee incentive schemes and other benefits, salary packaging, terminations, claims and settlements, child care arrangements and superannuation matters.
He has advised large Australian and foreign companies such as SingTel Optus, Allianz, UBS, Transfield, AMP, TEN, HBOS, Invesco, P&O, Pearson plc, Mortgage Choice and Rural Press on establishment, rollout and reorganisation of employee incentive plans.
