Biography
Lyn is head of the commercial department in our Darwin office. She has more than 25 years' experience in the legal industry, with a focus on commercial and property law. Her current practice includes property development, finance and securities, leasing, companies and trusts, sale and purchase of real estate (including pastoral properties and licensed premises). She also has extensive experience in sale and purchase of businesses, drafting of constitutions and advice to incorporated associations, and wills and estates.

Business Enterprise Centre (Darwin Region) Incorporated.
Lyn has also served on various boards associated with visual and performing arts and is an active supporter of art and culture in the NT.
