Biography
Linda is a partner in our Corporate group with extensive finance, technology and commercial experience. She advises a wide range of clients across the finance, government, health, manufacturing, technology and equities sectors, specialising in complex contracts.
Her major clients include the National Australia Bank, Goldman Sachs JBWere, Aviva/Norwich Union, Macquarie Bank and the Vision Systems Group of companies.
Linda has contributed significantly to a number of management programs with Minter Ellison, including ongoing involvement in client relationship management, strategic planning, marketing, staff management, training programs and systems improvement.
In addition, Linda holds current external directorships with State Trustees Limited and The Royal Children's Hospital.
