Biography
Carl has advised public and private sector clients in relation to property related matters for the past ten years. Carl currently acts for Multiplex, Woolworths, St Martins, The University of Western Australia, Babcock & Brown and Jandakot Airport Holdings. His principle focus is on project property matters, with a particular emphasis on large joint venture negotiations and documentation.
Carl has advised the Northern Territory Airports Group in relation to the development and leasing of its assets in Darwin, Tennant Creek and Alice Springs. He has also advised mining companies Xstrata, Alcan, Rio Tinto, and BHP Billiton in relation to the development and leasing of various mine site properties and community involvement projects.
Carl is admitted as a Barrister in Western Australia and Northern Territory.
