Biography
Jeremy is a partner specialising in mergers and acquisitions and equity capital markets transactions. He is the head of the Equity Capital Markets Group in Minter Ellison's Melbourne office.
Jeremy has extensive experience in regulated and unregulated mergers and acquisitions, with particular experience in the consumer brands, financial services, infrastructure and service industry sectors. He advises a number of the firm's key clients on a variety of corporate and securities law issues including capital raising, regulated takeovers, capital restructuring and corporate governance issues.
In addition to his practice group and client responsibilities, Jeremy is a member of the Corporations Committee of the Law Council of Australia, a member of the Advisory Board of Melbourne University's Centre for Corporate and Securities Regulation and an Associate Member and lecturer in Takeover Law for the Financial Services Institute of Australasia. He is a regular presenter on legal issues.
