Biography
Michael specialises in major contracting initiatives, capital equipment acquisition and support programs, corporate law, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions and the establishment of government controlled companies. He has acted for a number of government clients in the conduct of major RFT processes for the acquisition and logistics support of major capital equipment and capability and has been involved in the restructuring of government business enterprises and national industry associations. This has included significant experience in performance based contracting and major projects.
Michael's clients include Commonwealth departments and agencies, national industry associations and private sector utility companies.
Michael also regularly lectures and presents training on risks in contracting and procurement for the Australian Defence Force Academy as part of its Project Administration Program.
Michael is a non-executive director of the Koomarri disability services organisation in the ACT.
