Biography
Virginia Briggs is a real estate specialist with over 18 years' experience. She has established herself as a leading practitioner in the Sydney property and development markets.
Her practice concentrates on complex large-scale property transactions, including development, sale, purchase and leasing of commercial, industrial and retail developments. She has been involved in major property projects for vendors, purchasers, landlords and tenants.
Virginia is the Chair of the Industrial Committee of the Property Council of Australia, NSW Division and is a member of the NSW Division Council of the Property Council of Australia.
Prior to joining Minter Ellison, Virginia was a partner at Phillips Fox and was the trans-national practice director of its Real Estate practice and the team leader of its Real Estate group in Sydney.
