Biography
Nick is a partner in our corporate group and has an extensive commercial practice advising on corporate and commercial issues generally. His areas of expertise include securities, capital raisings, corporate governance, joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions. Nick has significant experience in working with clients in sectors such as agribusiness, technology and gaming as well as in the public sector.
Nick has represented many Australian and international clients, including The Financial Times Group, WoolStock Australia, K Line, AWB Limited, Futuris, Yallourn Engery, PMP Communications, Coles Myer Ltd, Webster Limited, National Farmers Federation, Nestlé and Vision Systems Ltd as well as the governments of Victoria and South Australia.
