Biography
Mark Bunch is a Special Counsel based on the Gold Coast. He is an employment law specialist and acts on behalf of some of the largest employers in the Gold Coast region.
Mark’s experience in employment law includes advising and acting for clients on matters relating to workplace/enterprise agreements, senior executive employment agreements, workplace health and safety obligations, unfair dismissal, transmission of business, privacy, anti-discrimination, workplace and sexual harassment and obligations under industrial instruments and legislation.
Mark has appeared before the Queensland Supreme Court, Queensland Industrial Magistrates Court, Australian Industrial Relations Commission, Queensland Industrial Relations Commission and the Queensland Anti-Discrimination Commission and Tribunal acting on matters including breach of contract claims, sexual harassment, workplace harassment and discrimination.
