Biography
Nathan is a partner in the firm's Sydney corporate investment and financial services practice. He comes from a background in the financial services industry having worked in venture capital and stockbroking.
Nathan has strong interest and experience in local and offshore alternative investments including hedge funds and private equity funds. He advises many of Australia's leading fund managers and financial services providers in relation to product structuring, ASX listings, fund raisings, the investment and divestment process and establishing offshore products (e.g. in the Cayman Islands and Delaware).
He is also a participant of the Alternative Investment Management Association.
