Biography
Peter has broad experience in federal revenue laws advising on corporate and commercial structuring, mergers and acquisitions, capital management arrangements and financial product design.
He advises financial institutions including insurers, fund managers, banks and property and infrastructure vehicles on a range of transactions including acquisitions, divestment and capital management arrangement and participates in the design of wholesale and retail products including hedge fund, securitisation vehicles and hybrid instruments.
Peter has participated in various committees, industry working groups and has advised on post-Ralph tax issues.
