Biography
Natalie has over eight years' experience in advising major Australian financial institutions on financing transactions across a range of projects and industries spanning construction, property and general commercial.
She provides clients with advice on general loan and security documentation, structuring and enforcement.
Natalie has also worked a number of years in Minter Ellison Perth's property team where she has negotiated and drafted commercial (both office and retail) leases and has negotiated and drafted contracts for the acquisition and sale of CBD buildings.
