Biography
Cameron is the national head of Minter Ellison's Real Estate Division.
He is one of Queensland's leading real estate lawyers and is a strategic adviser to public sector and corporate clients on a wide range of property matters. His experience includes government infrastructure projects, staged and mixed use developments, joint ventures, structured titling arrangements, telecommunications rollouts, the acquisition, development and disposal of prime office, retail and industrial complexes, and commercial leasing.
Cameron has a particular interest in major property development and infrastructure projects. He was a key adviser in one of the first integrated tourist resort developments in Queensland and acted for the Queensland Government in delivering key tourism and sports infrastructure through Minter Ellison's involvement in the development of the Townsville Ocean Terminal, Brisbane Cruise Ship Terminal, State Tennis Centre and Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre. He is also a leader in urban renewal projects and is currently advising the RNA on one of Australia's most significant urban redevelopments, the $3 billion redevelopment of the RNA Showgrounds.
He is a member of the Commercial & Corporate Real Estate Committee of the Property Council of Australia's Queensland chapter.
