Biography
Fai-Peng is a corporate and commercial specialist with a particular focus on capital raisings, major acquisitions, corporate finance and providing strategic advice for in-bound investments from Asia, with an emphasis on investments from China.
Fai-Peng brings a unique mix of skills, expertise and cross-cultural competence to Minter Ellison's Adelaide office. He regularly advises Asian-based clients in relation to in-bound investments to Australia, as well as Australian clients with interests in Asia. He works with listed companies and clients in the capital markets, and provides ongoing corporate advice and support to Chinese companies investing in Australia, particularly in the resources sector.
Recent high profile transactions include acting for two companies with operations in China, Mesbon China Nylon Ltd and Thomas Bryson International Ltd, in relation to their ASX listings. Fai-Peng joined Minter Ellison in 2007.
