Biography
Brendan is a member of the Energy & Resources group. He has acted for public and privately-owned companies and government entities in the resources, energy, water, construction and financial services sectors. His experience includes negotiating and drafting agreements for the construction, operation and maintenance of major infrastructure and the exploration, production, transportation and sale of petroleum and mineral resources. He is also experienced in major asset acquisition, disposition, leasing and financing transactions.
Prior to joining Minter Ellison, Brendan practised with a major Canadian law firm in Calgary, Alberta and spent a year as in-house counsel with the petroleum business unit of a major international engineering firm.
