Biography
Don is a partner in the Private Equity and Capital Markets group. His focus is primarily the equity capital markets (both initial public offers and funding of business expansions/new ventures), private equity, corporate restructures and business acquisitions. He has worked with a range of clients, predominantly Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) listed companies, across a diverse range of industry sectors, including biotechnology, manufacturing, transport, information technology and communications. Don has worked at Minter Ellison since 1980 and, since 1988, has been one of the partners behind the significant growth of our Corporate and Commercial practice.
Don is also a director of three ASX listed companies, Circadian Technologies Limited, Metabolic Pharmaceuticals Limited and Webjet Limited. He is also a director of other unlisted public and proprietery companies.
