Biography
Joanne is a Special Counsel in the Insurance and Corporate Risk Group, focusing solely on health law. She has substantial experience in both the private and public health sector for medical practitioners, allied health professionals and health care facilities themselves.
Her practice areas include medico-legal litigation, coronial inquests, Health Quality and Complaints Commission investigations and conciliations and Health Law advice.
Joanne has a particular interest in legal Issues relating to mental health care and rural health care.
